The typeface made for Athena Crisis.
I originally produced Athena for Athena Crisis, the modern turn-based strategy game. Its crisp forms were designed for units, maps, combat information and dialogue; the 8bit Fonts edition expands that work into coordinated Mono and Sans families.
Two spacings, four styles
Created for Athena Crisis, then developed into four coordinated fonts: Mono and Sans, each in Regular and Bold.

A size for every pixel
The native size is 8px. Use whole multiples—8px, 16px, 24px—to keep source pixels on a whole-pixel grid.
The half-size sample is for high-density screens with a device pixel ratio of 2 or more. Browser zoom and scaling can soften pixel edges.
